Once in a while a book comes along that grabs us with its strength and power.
This is true of ‘And the Stars Were Burning Brightly’, a 2020 YA debut by Danielle Jawando.
Harrowing yet compassionate, Danielle addresses issues of online bullying, mental health and teenage suicide in the most sensitive manner.
Danielle is a northern talent to be reckoned with and to support her we have identified 30 high schools in Manchester to donate our copies to.
This is where we would love for you to get involved.
Donate £3.20 to cover postage costs for one book so that we can get 30 copies to 30 schools around Greater Manchester.
